Sharjah24 – Reuters: This is the deadly scene in Chennai, India on Monday (November 8) as heavy rain over the last 48 hours has slammed the area and caused four people to lose their lives.
Knee-deep water has disrupted every aspect of life, making transportation a nightmare. Over 60 homes have been damaged across the region of southern India.
This marks the heaviest rainfall in Chennai since 2015.
