Sharjah24 – Reuters: Walt Disney Pictures on Monday (November 1) released a first look at 'The Book of Boba Fett', the second live action 'Star Wars' series on streaming service Disney+.
Boba Fett, played by Temuera Morrison, is the fan favorite bounty hunter, who appeared in the original 'Star Wars' trilogy and whose backstory was told in the prequels.
Despite seemingly dying in the 1983 film 'Return of the Jedi', Boba Fett returned in the recent 'The Mandalorian' television series.
In the credits scene of the final episode of that series, Fett is seen alongside his sidekick Fennec Shand (Ming-Na Wen) taking over the notorious crime lord Jabba the Hutt's palace.
The trailer shows Fett trying to negotiate with the various employees of the former crime lord as he tries to solidify his position of power on Tatooine.
Directors Jon Favreau, Robert Rodriguez and Bryce Dallas Howard have all filmed epiosdes of the series, which is slated to be streamed on Disney+ on December 29.
