In a press statement, Al-Hajraf emphasised the seriousness of Israel's action, by creating major obstacles to reach peace in the region, as it continues to violate the principles of international law, and disregard to international efforts.
Al-Hajraf called on the international community to pressure Israeli forces to stop settlements construction, and displacement of Palestinians.
He also stressed the firm position of the GCC in supporting Palestinians and their legitimate right to establish their independent state according to the 1967 borders, with East Jerusalem as its capital, in accordance with the Arab Peace Initiative within the framework of the international laws.
