The Premiership and the Ministry of Health said in a joint statement that total deaths stood at 7,708 and infections 662,400.
Number of the patients who have been cured amounted to 7,183 and the whole number of the cured stood at 588,000.
Meanwhile, there are currently 2,835 cases receiving treatment at hospitals.
Health authorities conducted today some 25,000 swab tests for the virus, raising number of such examinations to some 6.294 million.
