Lebanon reports 48 coronavirus-related deaths, 2,930 infections

The death toll rose to 5,278 and total infections to 411,839, the Lebanese Ministry of Health said in its daily report.

Overall recoveries surged to 322,739 since the outbreak of the pandemic, while medical swabs in the last 24 hours hit 21,288, it added.

The ministry continued the vaccination campaign at several medical centers nationwide.
