Sharjah 24: Sharjah Municipality (SM) announced the conclusion of the first edition of the Ramadan Electronic Football Championship for its employees, which was organised in Al Suyoh District Council, as part of the activities on the month of Ramadan in accordance with preventive and precautionary measures.

SM launched the championship with the participation of 16 employees, each of whom plays one game in a knockout system, after a draw to select the competitors.

In this context, Dr. Abdullah Ali Al Qaidi, Assistant Director General of the Institutional Support Sector confirmed that the championship was held outside the official working hours and formed an incentive to enhance the positive competitive spirit among employees.
