Sharjah 24: His Excellency Issa Hilal Al Hazami, Chairman of the Sharjah Sports Council (SSC), praised the achievement of the futsal youth team at Maliha Cultural Sports Club, after being crowned champion of the third edition of the Futsal Championship for the first time, which is a major sporting achievement for the club.

His Excellency Mohammed Sultan Al Khasouni, Chairman of the Club’s Board of Directors, received His Excellency Chairman of SSC, during His Excellency’s visit to the club, along with the presence of members, team players, the technical staff and employees.

His Excellency Al Hazami affirmed that such achievement is undoubtedly a great accomplishment for the Emirate of Sharjah in general and for the club in particular.

His Excellency continued that it strengthens the efforts made to leveling up sports progress, in line with the unlimited support of His Highness the Ruler of Sharjah, with regard to the elevation of sport in Sharjah. 

His Excellency highlighted SSC’s keenness to support everything that leads to such success, praising the players and their achievement of this championship and the club’s attention by providing the success factors, and in following up with SSC to achieve the common goal with clubs.

Concluding His Excellency statement, Al Hazami urged the players to continue efforts to preserve such achievements that are recorded in their sports record and are considered a starting point for new successes to come.

For his part, His Excellency Mohammed Sultan Al Khasouni thanked His Excellency SSC’s Chairman for this visit and congratulated the players, which constitutes a great motivation for them to continue making efforts to achieve great results.
