SEWA organises Excellence in Customer Service Program

Sharjah24: The Sharjah Electricity, Water and Gas Authority (SEWA) organised an intensive training program entitled Excellence in Customer Service, targeting all staff levels in the customer service centers and call center.
More than 70 employees participated in the program, as part of the Authority’s strategy to build capabilities and develop the skills of employees and students, contributing in developing performance, enhancing capabilities and achieving strategic goals, within the framework of the Authority’s endeavor to be one of the best global bodies.

His Excellency Dr. Eng. Rashid Al Leem, Chairman of the Sharjah Electricity, Water and Gas Authority (SEWA) confirmed that the Authority is working to implement the directives of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohamed Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Sharjah, aiming to focus on developing the skills of human cadres and providing the best services and the best specialised training programs for employees. 

He added that the training programs are carried out in cooperation with a number of institutions, companies and international research centers, stressing the Authority’s keenness to ensure the development of human cadres and achieve the maximum possible benefit from the training programs.

He pointed out that the Authority is constantly working to develop customer service centers and qualify its employees to provide smart services according to the best modern methods.
The Customer Service Excellence Program was presented over an entire month, by Abeer Nasif, specialist in human development and developing personal skills.
