Police Science Academy tops 'Fitness and Challenge Championship'

Sharjah 24: Sharjah Police, represented by the Sports and Social Activities Section in the Media and Public Relations Department, organised the second edition of the 'Fitness and Challenge Championship' for its female employees, held at the Police Officers Club.
The organisation of the championship came as a continuation of the series of the "50" sports activities, which coincide with the country's celebrations of the Golden Jubilee, and came out of the keenness of the Sharjah Police to support the march of women's sport. In addition to its belief in the importance of upgrading the female employees of Sharjah Police, and raising the level of their security readiness. 

More than 40 female drivers participating in the championship, which included three competitions: the 800-metre walking competition, the 200-metre running competition, in addition to the fitness and challenge competition.

The Police Science Academy (PSA) topped the first places in the championship, and the first three places in the walking competition came from Marwa Al Amoudi for the first place, Hala Al Mazroui for the second place, and Moza Al Suwaidi for third place, while the results of the running competition resulted in the victory of Marwa Al Amoudi from the PSA in the first place, Maryam Saif from the Central Region Police Department came in the second place, and Fatima Al Naqbi from the PSA took the third place.

As for the fitness and challenge competition, Marwa Al Amoudi from the PSA won the first place, and Fatima Khaled from the General Department of Police Operations came in the second place, while Fatima Al Naqbi from the PSA came in the third place.
