Sharjah24: Taleb Abdullah Safar, Director of Dibba Al Hisn Municipality, said that the municipality obtained ISO accreditation in 3 systems: Quality Management, Environment, and Occupational Health and Safety, which came as a result of a three-year work plan.
He explained in statements to "Sharjah 24", on the sidelines of a celebration organised by the municipality on this occasion, that obtaining "ISO" enhances the quality of municipal services to raise customer satisfaction and achieve happiness for them.

Safar pointed to the Dibba Al Hisn municipality's endeavor to keep pace with the government's visions and aspirations, and to meet the highest internationally accepted standards and quality specifications.

He explained that the municipality aspires to obtain ISO accreditation in the areas of innovation, governance and others, from work systems, during the coming period.
